The expectations outlined below are based on the service you have requested. Please do not assume that all pests are covered in your service, nor should you assume specific results or a defined timeframe for pest-free conditions following the service. If you have an issue with a specific pest this must be relayed at time of booking to ensure you have booked the correct service. Various factors influence post-service outcomes, including the nature of the service, the specific pest involved, the scenario at hand and environmental conditions including surrounding environment. The timeframe between services is also a major factor. Results will vary between all properties and property type.

After the service, we will provide feedback outlining expectations and recommendations. At Sydney Pest Crew, we strive to achieve optimal results at each service, and it is essential to consider our recommendations both before and after the service to ensure the best outcomes.
General pest service carried out primarily for spiders and cockroaches (not including german cockroaches).
Ants are a secondary pest, and a comprehensive follow-up service may be necessary at a later time to address their presence effectively.
PLEASE NOTE: Spiders require a direct hit on the day of service . It is highly advised neighbouring properties carry out pest control also if there is a continuous recurring spider issue witnessed in a short time as spiders can re-enter property externally.
Cockroaches can flush anywhere upto 8 weeks approximately post-service but majority of results obtained will be within the first week post-service. Residue applied will still eradicate cockroaches for a certain amount of time pending climate conditions, location of property and state of neighbouring properties. It is recommended servicing is carried out every 6 months for optimal results unless advised otherwise by Sydney Pest crew.

PLEASE NOTE: German cockroach can flush out for upto 4 weeks but will decrease. Pending the level of activity and our advice followed, a complete eradication may occur within 4 weeks. If any german cockroaches are still present after 4 weeks, a followup service must be carried out. This is also due to the egg cycle of german cockroaches. We can provide this follow up service at a discounted rate (to be confirmed at time of booking pending current promotions). Please enquire with our office.
The follow-up service is highly recommended at 4 weeks post initial-service. This is provided at a discounted rate only when carried out within this timeframe only. Any requests for an additional service after a considerable amount of time outside of the above timeframe will NOT be treated as a follow up service or quoted at a discounted rate. If a rodent bait station installation has been carried out, a followup service is highly recommended to be carried out 2 months after initial install. Then approximately every 3 months to monitor rodent activity unless advised otherwise by Sydney Pest Crew. In many cases where activity is very high, rebaiting must occur monthly for the first 4 months. Period between rebaits can then be re-assessed after this time based on findings. Each follow up inspection and rebait service does incur a fee and can be carried out at a discounted fee. Please enquire with office. Please do not tamper with any bait stations post-installation for safety reasons and this may also affect results and monitoring.
Failure to carry out ongoing maintenance of bait stations can lead to a reoccurrence or increase in rodent activity as bait stations may be completely empty.
All possum control service costs are based on cage hire, camera hire and 2x visits to install and collect after approximately 10 days whether possum is caught or not. Time period is flexible and at the discretion of Sydney Pest Crew pending behaviour and any observations from camera. It is not in Sydney Pest Crew's control or capture guaranteed if a possum has exited a roof and not returned within this time period. Costs will still stand as they are based on the above requirements to carry out the service. A $50 credit will be applied for next service if possum is not captured.
Wifi access is required to complete the service. Failure to provide wifi access may require multiple visits to monitor cage which will incur additional costs per visit and any credits may be waived.

Ongoing servicing and maintenance every 2-3 months is highly recommended to obtain optimum results for any fly issue. Please note: This service (or a single service) may not completely eliminate flies pending location, climate and other conditions or factors but will assist in reducing and controlling them. Please do not expect a complete eradication however in some cases it is possible. If fly problem persists you may need a follow up treatment in 4 weeks (fees incur). Sydney Pest Crew can further advise accordingly post service. Please take into account all advice provided pre and post service and do not remove any applications implemented at time of service unless advised otherwise. If any bird lice is still present after 3-4 weeks, it is highly recommended a followup service is carried out. We can provide this at a discounted rate. Please enquire with office.

PLEASE NOTE: Ants can continue to flush out upto 2-4 weeks post service. Recommended servicing for ants externally is every 2-3 months due to climate conditions. All suburbs and properties vary in activity level. Follow up services incur a fee.
For all internal ant problems, a thorough ant treatment is essential. Please ensure your presence on-site to identify and pinpoint the locations of all ant activity. A follow-up service may be required 4 weeks post service if ongoing issue occurs. Please discuss with office regarding discounted rates.
Only active wasp nests present at time of service and wasps present on these nests will be eradicated and removed.
Wasps can always return from neighbouring properties or location. Only wasps present on nest at the time of service can be eradicated and only nests present can be removed. This does not restrict other wasps in surrounding environment from returning. It is highly recommended regular general servicing is carried out in the event other wasp/nests are present within gardens that may accumulate over time or not initially witnessed by residents.
Bees can continue to swarm and flush out if located within cracks/crevices or cavities anywhere upto 2 weeks. If reoccurrence occurs post service after 2-3 weeks then a follow up service may be required. Recommend to seal off any proofing issues post service to assist with deterring bees from relocating within any gaps. Technician will provide additional advice regarding this. Ongoing general pest maintenance is highly recommended to reduce chances of bees and other pests returning. Other bees from neighbouring properties can always return, only bees located at the time of the service can be serviced accordingly.
