Chad and Eddy have always been friendly, honest, responsive, and flexible, especially when weather has required appointments to be rescheduled. Their pricing is also very fair.

This time, Josh attended and was equally impressive. He was friendly, polite, patient, and took the time to thoroughly inspect the property and explain everything. The quality of his work was excellent, and I really appreciated how cooperative and meticulous he was.

After the initial treatment, I discovered a few more areas that needed attention. I contacted the team, and they arranged a priority follow-up visit at no additional cost, which I genuinely appreciated. That level of customer service and willingness to stand behind their work says a lot about the business.

Eddy and the team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Professional, kind, and genuinely lovely to deal with. They were also super flexible and understanding when I had to change the booking last minute due to other commitments, which I really appreciated.
I booked Sydney Pest Crew to come in the day before we moved into our new place, and we saw results the next day with dead bugs. So glad we got them in.

On the day, they even sent a courtesy message to let me know they were 5 minutes away—such a thoughtful touch! They provided clear instructions on how to prepare the house beforehand and what steps to follow after the pest spray, making everything smooth and stress-free.
