A minimum of 2 business days’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling request, otherwise a 40% fee off the initial quote will be charged if not notified within this period. Business days apply to weekdays only and do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
PLEASE NOTE: Cancellation includes cancelling a booking, postponing, or attempting to reschedule within this notice period. Once our schedules are locked, appointments cannot usually be amended without disruption to operations, however we are always open to discussing options where possible. Cancellation fees may apply for insufficient notice, as these time slots are reserved in advance and short-notice changes can prevent us from accommodating other clients who were seeking availability.
PLEASE NOTE: All possum control service costs are based on cage hire, camera hire and 2x visits to install and collect after approximately 10 days whether possum is caught or not. Time period is flexible and at the discretion of Sydney Pest Crew pending behaviour and any observations from camera. It is not in Sydney Pest Crew's control or capture guaranteed if a possum has exited a roof and not returned within this time period. Costs will still stand as they are based on the above requirements to carry out the service. Thank you.
Accepted payment methods include card or cash upon completion of the service unless otherwise instructed by Sydney Pest Crew during or prior to booking. If you intend to leave the premise before our arrival, kindly contact and inform our office in advance. This will allow us to reach out to you for payment processing over the phone.
