Very happy with Sydney Pest Crew. Mo arrived at the scheduled time. Explained everything that he was going to do before he put down the baits. We walked around the perimeter of our home and discussed where the mice/rats had been seen and where the locked baits should be placed. Mo then advised someone would be back in a month to unlock the baits to check if any had been nibbled by the rodents. If so they are in the right position if not they can be moved to somewhere else on our property.

Chad and Eddy have always been friendly, honest, responsive, and flexible, especially when weather has required appointments to be rescheduled. Their pricing is also very fair. This time, Josh attended and was equally impressive. He was friendly, polite, patient, and took the time to thoroughly inspect the property and explain everything. The quality of his work was excellent, and I really appreciated how cooperative and meticulous he was. After the initial treatment, I discovered a few more areas that needed attention. I contacted the team, and they arranged a priority follow-up visit at no additional cost, which I genuinely appreciated.
