Hi Team George came to fumigate both properties recently and even tho he was prompt, he was not very thorough and seemed to be in a rush. We had to remind him to spray areas where we did not see the liquid spray 😕 we aren't sure all outside areas were done especially the bins and other areas . The owners Chad and his brother were very efficient last year. We may need to get another company next time . Nice fellow but not very thorough as he did both duplexes under an hour . We can't seem to find you in our system unless booking was under another name but please contact our office tomorrow on 0402 442 900 with your details so we can look into this further. We do monitor the time taken at jobs via our system and service photos are generally taken also when possible, but all technicians are well aware of what areas to service, how thorough to be and trained to do so accordingly but of course timing can vary slightly for multiple reasons. For a duplex in particular we can generally do both in a suitable time frame as mentioned as our vehicles are equipped with a high pressure line long enough to wrap around both properties in one run. We were not made aware of any possible areas missed or issues prior to leaving this review but nonetheless please contact us tomorrow so we can discuss further.
