Josh from Sydney Pest Control just serviced my apartment and I couldn’t be happier. He was punctual, super friendly, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I’ve been using their pest control services since 2015 and have always found them to be reliable, professional, and effective. The treatments have consistently worked well and lasted a long time.

Chad and Eddy have always been friendly, honest, responsive, and flexible, especially when weather has required appointments to be rescheduled. Their pricing is also very fair.

This time, Josh attended and was equally impressive. He was friendly, polite, patient, and took the time to thoroughly inspect the property and explain everything. The quality of his work was excellent, and I really appreciated how cooperative and meticulous he was.

After the initial treatment, I discovered a few more areas that needed attention. I contacted the team, and they arranged a priority follow-up visit at no additional cost, which I genuinely appreciated. That level of customer service and willingness to stand behind their work says a lot about the business.
