I find it hard to believe that these reviews are real… i just had quite unfriendly and dismissive experience with them.
And it rained.
Used same chemicals for inside and outside, acted extremely annoyed by any question and suggestion where to spray.
Yes, us customers can be a bit overbearing , thinking we know our house the best etc, but…that is what customers are, all we wanna hear is little bit of consolation how this is good and gonna work etc. This is not my first time having pest control and unfortunately I just could not find the other company’s contact. They have treated me with respect and they knew what dialogue was, that is normal that customers wants to ask this and that about the service.
Refused to spray staircases as it is safety hazard … bit stairs take 1/4 of my house without exaggerating.
Also left cockroach traps out at the open even though we established i have pets. He said “im not concerned about cats” when i objected … telling me that cats wont be interested in it while dogs might.
That is not the case and i advise to check these things in advance before “not being concerned “
All of these unusual things should be noted by the company in advance

We are a reputable business and our reviews consistently reflect the standards we uphold.
We accommodated multiple requests prior to service and addressed concerns raised at booking, including scheduling and time allocations which involve consideration of several operational factors. Our policies and safety requirements were clearly explained from the outset so there was full transparency around how the service would be carried out. We remained patient and accommodating throughout these discussions, so the outcome of a negative review is disappointing given the openness maintained.
We operate under strict Australian industry standards including OH&S and environmental compliance. These are mandatory obligations and safety remains our priority at all times. The technician reiterated he was more than happy to answer questions and was attempting to further explain the safety requirements when concerns were raised.
With respect to the stairs, avoiding them has no impact on our time, materials or cost. It makes no sense for us to exclude an area for any reason other than safety. Polished timber staircases present a genuine slip risk once treated for residents, visitors and our technician who must use the stairs throughout the service. This is a strict OH&S policy applied across all properties we service. The technician contacted the director immediately after the service as he sensed there were ongoing concerns specifically relating to our safety policies.
Regarding the service itself, a thorough treatment was carried out in accordance with your booking, including the added German cockroach treatment internally which differs from a standard general pest service. As pest control technicians, it is our responsibility to determine which products are used and where they are applied based on the pest and environment.
In relation to the weather, it was not raining at the time of service. We have timestamped service photos confirming all external areas were dry. We do not conduct external treatments in wet conditions.
Regarding the cockroach sticky boards, these contain zero toxic chemicals. They were placed in appropriate areas where pets should not have access. There was discussion about placement near the fridge as this is a primary harbourage area, and they were repositioned accordingly. At no point would pet safety be dismissed. Pet and family safety remain core priorities of our business. We would not have built and maintained the reputation and Google rating we have if we operated recklessly or without regard for client and pet safety.
We can confidently confirm your service was completed correctly, thoroughly and in accordance with Australian industry standards and company policy.
