Didn’t honor their commitment of having a follow up visit since I didn’t get good results after the first visit. Rescheduled it twice but they didn’t show up for follow up. Bad customer service and results. Don’t bother.
Response from the owner: Hi Kanza, If you are going to leave a review please leave an honest one as our system does have a log of all communication. You had a german cockroach issue and we advised you directly prior and post service that a follow up service at 4 weeks may be required particularly with high activity. This was in writing also prior and post service sent to you. We could not be more transparent regarding what to expect and all clients are aware of this including the flushing period, it was only 8 days since service was first completed when you contacted us. You then called about spiders on the outside of your apartment which was via strata and we dealt with strata directly regarding this with their approval and it was rectified. We had it scheduled for the 8/1 but due to rain we rescheduled it to the 13/1 so yourself and everyone can achieve optimum results but you have overlooked this. Strata were aware of this as communication was with them. Again we always aim for optimum results. You also did book a follow up service once we explained again the process to you prior to the holiday period but you clearly cancelled this and this is noted in our system, you informed us you will rebook after the break. You never did. Rescheduling twice and didn't show for a follow up was completely incorrect, again we have all this logged. We spoke to you on the 13/1 when service was completed for the building externally and explained you need to make a booking for your apartment in advance, technician had already left the complex by then. We weren't informed of this or any booking made. You went to google reviews shortly after. We have been very transparent with you regarding the entire process and aimed to assist you further but unfortunately you opted for this approach to leave a review and ignored all advice. We did call you also after this review and left you a sms for a call back to discuss further and clear up any possible miscommunication but you did not contact us in return. It is vital you do read the what to expect information prior and your post-service feedback and take in our advice but instead ignored this and pushed for free services, which does not work that way unfortunately. There would be no issue otherwise and as always we aim to assist all clients and achieve the best solution possible for them as we have done so for multiple years. Thank you.
