Why is it important to have a Construction Rodent Control management plan? Some councils are making it a requirement to have a rodent treatment programme in place before to the commencement of any demolition and/or excavation works, and a programme of baiting and monitoring of rodent activity is to be put in place at the site.
All construction sites in the City of Sydney council will require a Construction Rodent Control program from a licensed pest control technician. Sydney Pest Crew will carry out and prepare a report, confirming if there is any rodent activity at the site before the commencement of any works on site. This report can then be submitted to and approved by the Council's Area Coordinator Planning Assessments/Area Planning Manager. We will also happily work with you to determine the most suitable time and appropriate application procedure to carry out the service without impacting your schedule.
