The representative showed up on-time and well prepared. He thoroughly inspected the house, explained what he saw, and then walked us through his treatment recommendations. I've used multiple pest control companies in the past and wasn't happy with the service. I liked the fact that technicians were part of the company and not contractors. Come service day, the experience was so good. I was informed when my technician would be arriving and he stayed for so long and looked at areas that had never been looked at before.
