Super easy and quick to organise. Turned up pretty much bang on time as to the designated schedule. The prep list/checklist was super helpful with feeling prepared with what to expect. Tips on what to do if you have young children, expecting parents or pets.

Polite on arrival. Asked if I wanted shoes off (yes lols). Asked about my pest concerns and was done pretty quickly. Prompt messaging once they were done so I could return to the premises without my dog. Quick and easy.

They were very professional, and they did the whole house including the ceiling, fence boundary, shed and under the house. They explained everything that they would be doing and they communicated before during and after the job was done. So far very happy.

I called Sydney Pest Crew after I finished my renovation. I thought this is the best early detection I need to consider to make sure no spiders or cockroaches will attack the unit especially summer is already here. As my previous experience, the crew were prompt and attended to every corner in the unit and fully covered the balcony area with spraying.
